Ms. Hough-Beck graduated with a Bachelor of Landscape
Architecture degree from the University of Idaho. As president
of Hough Beck & Baird, she has oversight of the firm, as well
as managing planning and design projects. Her experience
in land use planning, master planning, and design guideline
development provides the basis for her ability to balance the
special conditions unique to the public process. She has
received numerous awards for her planning and landscape
design work and has lectured at conferences and universities
throughout Washington and Idaho. Membership in the
American Society of Landscape Architects, Washington
Public Ports Association, American Planning Association,
and Washington Recreation & Park Association allows her to
remain knowledgeable of the current issues and needs of our
clients.
