Mr. Howard graduated with a Bachelor of Landscape
Architecture degree from Kansas State University. His
expertise in landscape architecture provides the background
for his service on the City of Shoreline Skate Park Committee,
Ravenna Creek Alliance, and the Haller Lake Community
P-Patch Design Team. In addition, he served as Chairperson
for the City of Shoreline Parks Acquisition Committee and as
an advisor for the City's Park Board. Knowledgeable in plant
materials, irrigation systems, and the design process, he
provides a strong professional foundation for project design
and implementation.
